Volume lost in the midface area - Would a midface lift help? (Photos)

I am 35 years old. I am happpy with how I look except for my midface area and under eyes. I have prominent cheekbones, but I have lost volume in my midface, next to my nose, and my under eyes. I do not have loose skin, but I feel my fat pads/ligaments have dropped in my midface. One doctor recommended fat transfer to midface and tear troughs. Another recommended fat transfer, plus an endoscopic midface lift. I do not like filler, so that is not an option. Based on my videos and description, would a midface help?
